01 Delete in the app

Uninstalling Uimua or leaving a voice room does not delete your account. If you can no longer access the app, use the email option below.

02 Request deletion by email

Email shorif.ahmad1933@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, where possible. Use the subject Uimua Account Deletion Request, include your username or account identifier, and state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.

You do not need to reinstall or sign in to the app to send this request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify account ownership before deletion. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary identity documents.

This opens your email app with a draft. Nothing is submitted until you send the email. If no email app is configured, copy the address above into your email service.

03 What will be removed

After verification, your account information and associated profile, posts, uploaded media, and comments will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days, subject to the limited exceptions below. Your account will no longer be available for ordinary use.

Messages delivered to another user may remain in that user’s history where legally permitted, with the link to your active profile removed. Independent screenshots or copies saved by other people are outside our control.

04 Limited retention & timing

Limited records may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or protect users. Retained information is restricted to that purpose and removed when no longer needed. Residual backup copies, where maintained, are isolated from ordinary use and removed through the normal backup lifecycle, unless a legal preservation requirement applies.

If an applicable law requires a different response period, we follow that requirement. We will explain any identity-verification issue, permitted extension, or legal reason that prevents completion of a request.

05 Other data requests

You can also request access, correction, or deletion of specific eligible data without closing your entire account. Email shorif.ahmad1933@gmail.com and explain the information concerned. Whether a request can be fulfilled depends on the information, service requirements, and applicable law.
